When I first became interested in pistol shooting, I bought myself what is known today as a pre-B CZ 75 and was immediately hooked; I still have it.  Over the years, I’ve owned and shot many, many more.  Some of those firearms you’ll read about in my reviews.

For more than two years, I CNC machined and hand crafted custom pistol grips for the CZ 75, CZ 97B, CZ 40B, CZ 75 P-01, CZ 75 Compact, Browning Hi-Power and 1911s. If you have a set of Viking Grips on your gun, I made em. I truly enjoy making things with my hands… the creative process and the satisfaction of seeing the final product emerge.  In the end, I had to give up my grip making business because, over time, I was developing allergic reactions to the dust of different exotic woods. I miss it. The customers were fantastic!

I created this website in an effort to help educate myself and others on guns.  It is my hope that I can help others to learn, and in the process, learn myself.

The reviews you’ll find on this website are real and heartfelt.  You’ll never get a phony review from me.  I only recommend products and services that I would use myself.  Period.
